"The desert has been my office ever since I began exclusively selling Tucson's custom homesites in 1980. Since then I've sold hundreds of lots and that's a lot of lots! I enjoy the challenge of finding that one, perfect lot that awaits your dream home. I love to walk each site, all the while getting the"feel"of a buyer's likes and dislikes and helping them go through the process of visualizing what a site can do for them. Its a very exciting process - one that is very different from just simply buying an existing home. The opportunities and pitfalls are many but with over 20 years of experience I believe I can make it a very smooth, easy process for the buyer. You need to understand the lot itself - slopes, views, soil conditions, elevations, site work and such other things as hydrology. You need to be up on the latest zoning changes and know about future development so that you can visualize, accurately, how a buyer's future home will fit in with those plans. I like to think that I understand all the options and issues and that I can help a buyer make the right decision. Buyers who relocate have many questions, and it is my job to invest my time in answering them so that you do not waste yours."
